She recently lost all her vlogging equipment and her car was broken into. Popular YouTuber and podcaster Owamie Netshivhazwaulu has reached out to her fans asking for financial assistance.

On Friday night she got all three of her expensive Canon DSLR cameras including five lenses stolen. “My HP i7 laptop including over eight memory cards and an external hard drive also gone. My Rode microphone, Rode caster, Rode dual wireless system, and Flas, basically everything I need for content. My car was jammed and they walked away with 3 bags full of my equipment. My car was not jammed, but it was broken into,” she said. “A strong object was used for them to open my car so easily. It is so disappointing. I will be going to Nisaan to find out how it works and how to best protect my elf going forward,” she added.

Owamie said content creation is her passion and she would love to go back as soon as possible. “I am asking for help to replace my equipment hence my account number is posted. While some of her fans supported her and wished her well. Some criticized her. “You once called us broke, now you asking for help,” one said. “Ask from your men who give you money. Remember, you called us names coz arena zaka,” another said.
