Former Bafana Bafana star Teko Modise (42) was once married to former Diski Divas star Felicia Mokoena. When that did not work out, he got engaged to Lizelle Tabane, but their relationship ended acrimoniously around 2015 due to issues including infidelity and a perceived lack of intimacy. When he had given up on life, he fell head over heels with Koketso “Kokieberry” Chipane and tied the knot. However, that has also ended in a messy divorce that could cost him millions of rands.

Recent reports have revealed that Former Bafana Bafana star Teko Modise is in a legal battle over settlement following the pending divorce, which happened after a six-year marriage. The reports state that he could be liable to pay R1 million to his estranged spouse and pay off her R50,000 bank overdraft.

Koketso is said to be wanting a settlement of R1.2 million, as well as R10 000 per month to resolve the overdraft debt. Teko retired from football in 2019 but has been mentoring young players as well as collaborating with brands as an influencer.
