So my body is finally feeling as strong as it was before my beautiful two angels (my babies). Mothers usually talk about gaining weight, stretch marks etc. but something not many moms speak about is how ones body needs to be re- energized because it’s been through so much and quite frankly is tired, the goal is not to go back to how you were, but rather to repair and strengthen your body. The first person I’m interviewing who inspired my journey and a good way of living as an African is philanthropist, vegan 🌱 and proud human rights activist, my brother @Chakabars who I’ll be interviewing at 3:35pm (CAT). Hope you enjoy 🍊❤️. @fruitsnrootz. Healthy food (my husband inspires me here), good Biokenitics, exercise but more importantly moving the body, a healthy mind AND PATIENCE.
