She is a wife, reality show star, fashion designer, actress, and musician and TV presenter. But with all the titles, Nandi Madida (32) puts motherhood at the top of her list.
Her four-year-old son Shaka named is after the Zulu monarch and one-year-old daughter Nefertiti named after Egyptian royalty>
The former ballet dancer took to social media to express joy about finally shedding the baby weight.
“So my body is finally feeling as strong as it was before my beautiful two angels (my babies),” she wrote.
She went on to says, “mothers usually talk about gaining weight, stretch marks, etc. but something not many moms speak about is how one’s body needs to be re-energized because it’s been through so much and quite frankly its tired, the goal is not to go back to how you were, but rather to repair and strengthen your body.”
Today, Nandi will be interviewing millennial activist and Vegan Chakabars Clarke who she says inspired her journey and a good way of living at 3:35 pm (CAT) on her Instagram Live.
