Springbok star Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu and his girlfriend, Sarah Langa, appear to be settling comfortably into the next chapter of their relationship, with the couple recently enjoying a relaxed Sunday afternoon surrounded by family.
The low-key family gathering came just days after the Springboks’ Rugby Championship clash with New Zealand, putting the spotlight firmly back on the couple after a period in which their relationship has attracted intense public interest.
A picture shared on social media showed the pair enjoying a meal with Sacha’s family. His father, Nick Feinberg, mother Makhosazana Mngomezulu and brother Nathan Mngomezulu were among those present, while other members of the blended family also joined the occasion.
Sacha simply captioned the moment “Reset”, giving fans a glimpse of a much more private side of the rugby star’s life.
FROM DENIALS TO MAKING IT OFFICIAL
The family outing is a far cry from the early days of speculation surrounding the pair.
Sacha and Sarah were first romantically linked after they were spotted in the same social circles, with speculation intensifying after Sarah was seen wearing a bracelet bearing the name “Sacha”.
At the time, the young rugby star was adamant that there was no romance.
“I am 100% not in a relationship with Sarah,” he said in January 2025, explaining that they had only recently met through his brother Nathan.
The denial did little to stop the speculation. Sarah continued appearing at Stormers and Springboks matches, while the pair were also photographed together on several occasions.
By September 2025, cameras captured the two sharing a long embrace following a Springboks match against Argentina in Durban, further fuelling questions about their relationship.
Sarah, meanwhile, largely kept her comments about the relationship private. However, during a discussion aimed at divorced women, she offered advice that appeared to hint at her own romantic journey.
“Don’t be afraid to get out of your comfort zone. Date someone you wouldn’t normally have dated. Definitely someone from a different background,” she said.
“Sometimes we think we are in love, but we are actually comfortable because it’s familiar and it feels safe.”
SACHA FINALLY CALLED HER HIS “MISSUS”
The turning point came in February 2026 when Sacha stopped playing coy about his relationship status.
During a Garnier event, the Springbok was asked about Valentine’s Day gift ideas and casually revealed that his girlfriend was present.
“My missus is in the building,” he told the crowd.
Days later, he went one step further by sharing a photograph of himself and Sarah embracing during their Bali getaway.
The post, shared on Sarah’s birthday, was captioned simply: “Happy birthday!”
It effectively ended months of speculation and marked the couple’s first clear public confirmation of their relationship.
Sarah subsequently confirmed that she was in a relationship during an Instagram Q&A when asked directly whether she was seeing someone.
Her answer was simple: “Yes, I am.”

Sacha, born on 22 February 2002, is 25, while Sarah is 34, putting nine years between them.
The age gap has generated considerable discussion online, particularly because Sarah is the older partner.

She began building her digital career more than a decade ago through fashion and lifestyle content, eventually becoming one of South Africa’s best-known content creators.
Her career has included collaborations with major fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands, while she has also developed businesses and pursued further education, including an MBA.
In 2026, Langa entered another chapter of her career with the launch of Sarah Langa Interiors, turning her long-standing interest in design into a formal business.
She studied interior design in London before returning to South Africa, with her new venture focused on African design, craftsmanship and storytelling.

According to a source close to the couple, their relationship has become considerably stronger as they have spent more time together away from the spotlight.
The source claims that Sacha and Sarah have become more comfortable integrating each other into their personal lives and have met members of each other’s families.
