Police are investigating a break-in at Advocate Muzi Sikhakhane SC’s private home office in Bryanston, Johannesburg, where burglars reportedly stole electronic equipment including laptops and computers.
It is believed that multiple devices were taken during the break-in, though the full extent of the loss has not yet been confirmed.
His wife and children were inside the house, and no injuries were reported.
Muzi Sikhakhane is known for representing several high-profile and politically sensitive clients, including former President Jacob Zuma, former State Security Agency Director-General Arthur Fraser, and KwaZulu-Natal provincial police commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi. It is not yet clear whether the office was specifically targeted or if the incident formed part of a broader burglary trend in the area.
