Reality TV star and entrepreneur Nozipho Ntshangase has finally revealed the latest cosmetic procedure she underwent after weeks of teasing fans on social media.

The The Mommy Club star shared that she recently had a mini facelift, describing it as another step in investing in herself after the success of her previous cosmetic surgeries. Ntshangase said she once again placed her trust in her surgeon, explaining that the procedure was about feeling confident and comfortable in her own skin.

“I decided to invest in myself and I’ve trusted my amazing surgeon again for another procedure and this time it is a mini facelift,” she shared while documenting her recovery.

The latest procedure comes after months of speculation. Earlier this month, Ntshangase posted videos from her surgeon’s office, joking that every meeting with her doctor seemed to end with another operation. She asked followers to guess what procedure she was about to have, promising she would reveal everything once it was done.

Ntshangase has been remarkably open about her cosmetic surgery journey. In 2025, she underwent an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and liposuction as part of what she described as a “mommy makeover” after four pregnancies that resulted in five children, including twins. A few weeks later, she had a mastopexy (breast lift), explaining that the procedure was not to increase or reduce the size of her breasts or insert implants, but simply to lift them.

Speaking about her decision at the time, Ntshangase admitted that motherhood had changed her body and affected her confidence.

“I’ve had four pregnancies which resulted in five kids… I gained weight and just wasn’t exercising as often as I would’ve wanted. There’s just been a whole lot of insecurities,” she previously shared.

She added: “I’ve been on this self-love journey… after having my last three kids, I just struggled with loving myself and my confidence just went down the drain.”

The television personality has repeatedly stressed that her surgeries are deeply personal and are part of reclaiming herself after years of prioritising motherhood.

Away from her transformation journey, Ntshangase has also experienced major changes in her personal life. She was previously married to businessman Themba Ntshangase, with whom she shares her five children. The couple’s marriage became a major talking point on The Mommy Club, where viewers watched the pressures of balancing family life, business and relationships. The pair have since separated, and Ntshangase has spoken publicly about embracing a new chapter focused on herself, her children and personal growth.

Despite the public scrutiny surrounding her appearance and personal life, Ntshangase continues to document her journey openly, saying each procedure has been about restoring her confidence rather than chasing perfection.

Her latest mini facelift has once again sparked conversation online, with many fans praising her honesty about cosmetic surgery, while others applauded her for normalising conversations around body confidence and self-care.
