She has just been discharged from the hospital after a ligament surgery. Activist and broadcasting giant Criselda Kananda is recovering and accepting health issues that come with age.

She shared how growing up can be tough on one’s health. “As I embrace the wear and tear of aging, I’m reminded of the strength in my journey,” she said. “My mom and grandmother didn’t make it past 55, so every moment I get to experience is a blessing. Today, I took a big step forward and let Dr. Breckon, the best God inspired orthopedic surgeon, fix my ligament. I can’t wait to keep hugging my queens at all the August/September events!”

Kanada said even in her sling, she’s committed to honoring all her women’s month commitments and finding new ways to express herself. “Excited to learn some dance techniques that work with one arm! ke sharp. Here’s to resilience, love, and making the most of every moment!”

She jokingly said, It’s payback for everyone she looked after in her early years. Going Home! This minor surgery comes with a big lesson for me,” she said. “Good luck to the ones I cared for, from my teen hood and my young adult years. (My daughters) It’s payback time. I think I should get a bell or kanjani?”
