As he tried to jog his co-hosts’ memories, he made a startling remark. “There was a guy they featured… I forgot his name, but he’s allegedly involved with drugs,” he said. The clip has quickly gone viral on social media. A close friend of the Danko singer said that he was pursuing legal action. “Zuma doesn’t do drugs. He drinks a lot but he doesn’t do drugs and for MacG to take a rumour from wherever and make it official on a podcast is dangerous,” the friend said. “He has over 1 million subscribers, and this week alone, Zuma has a lot out on work because of the viral comment. Nobody wants to associate themselves with an alleged drug addict – and he is not.” The friend revealed that he is in the process with his lawyers for reputational damage and loss of income. “It was just reckless of MacG, especially for someone who has lost advertisers due to the things he says and often being cancelled.” Buzz Life News contacted Zuma who confirmed he will be taking legal action. “People talk too much, I’ve never been on drugs. But ye, we will see MacG in court, he is used to being sued.”
