The All Citizens Party Mourn The Passing of Lufuno Gogoro.

In a statement, the political party confirmed the passing. “The All Citizens Party is saddened by the passing of its National Campaign Manager and esteemed member of the party Lufuno Gogoro. Gogoro passed away in the early hours of Tuesday at the Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital after he was recently admitted at the Intensive Care Uni.

He was a second in charge of our party and ge work tirelessly to make sure that the Independent Electoral Commision is held accountable for our complained that we lodge along other political parties over the rigged elections of 29 May 2024. “Gogoro was a giant among many in the political landscape of South Africa who fought for the better life of our young people. The community of Freedom Park where he spent the better half of his political activism from the young age can attest.”

Political party founder, Dr Senathi Fishasaid, “He was not scared to challenge the polluted political landscape of this country. His activism for a better South Africa will remain in our minds as we are soldiering on with the fight against the corruption, unemployment, poverty, crime and other social ills of this country,” she said. “Gogoro’s passing comes after he lost his wife 5 months ago which drained him emotionally, but he continued to fight for the better life of South Africans. South Africa has truly lost a vibrant leader. He was a role model to the youth as he drove her passion to do good for the country early in his life. Our heartfelt condolences to his family and members of ACP. May his soul rest in peace.”
