They started the first Podcast for 2022 with a bang, discussing some of the trending topics that made headlines this year.
On their list of topics was the fight between Cassper Nyovest and Slik Talk where he walked away with R100 000 after a few punches.
They unpacked the parliament fire and its loopholes. The team gave stern opinion on Zakes Bantwini’s music video for the hit song Osama. They discussed the dilemma with Andile Mpisane having two baby mamas, buying a McLaren, and allegedly cheating with Cassper Nyovests’ baby mama. They gave critique on what they thing happened with 2021’s Ukhozi FM Song Of The Year selection.

The Podcasts and Chill presenters; Sol Phenduka, MacGyver “MacG” Mukwevho and Ghost Lady also discussed a Twitter war between Sol Phenduka and Nhlamulo ‘Nota’ Baloyi on Bathu and Drip footwear not manufacturing their shoes in South Africa. Sol defended the brands, while Nota attacked them for not creating employment by manufacturing their brands locally.

On the podcast, MacG went to comment on Nota always making headlines for fallouts, and arguments.
“Nota reminds me of a male version of Ntsiki Mazwai. They both don’t have kids, don’t have jobs, too much time on their hands,” he said.
“Am I lying? Have you noticed, all feminists don’t have kids and they have a lot of time,” they laughed.
“Nota has got a lot of time. Build a bike or something,” Ghost Lady added.
“If you have a kid, you know there’s no time.”
