1: The Ultimate Green Detox

  1. 2 green apples cut in half
  2. 3 stalks celery no leaves
  3. 1 cucumber
  4. 8 leaves kale
  5. 1/2 lemon peeled
  6. 1 piece fresh ginger
  7. Sprig of mint optional
  • Wash all the weight loss juice ingredients well and pat dry.
