Actress and philanthropist Nomzamo Mbatha, 30, has announced that she will be releasing her Puma collection titled Shandu dedicated to her grandmother Mildred who played a big role in the type of woman she is today .
The name Shandu comes form the isiZulu family lineage, also know as ‘Ndabezitha, Shandu ka Ndaba, Mthiya Ngenkomo Abafokazana Bethiya Ngamahlahla, Dumisa.”
The Puma Shandu women’s collection will be a range of of footwear, apparel and accessories in soft pastel and sorbet colours.
“The collection will be African inspired, staying true to my roots,” Nomzamo says. The range varies from R500 up until R 3 000 in price.
Shandu will be available from 12 March 2021, at leading retail outlets and on the Puma website.
