
South African music lovers were devastated to hear about the passing of Skwatta Kamp rapper Musawenkosi “Nish” Molefe due to Covid-19 complications. Nish was admitted to hospital after testing positive for Covid-19 and died on Friday afternoon, 5 February.

Skwaata Kamp confirmed his death in a statement.
“It is with a sad heart that Skwaata Kamp announces the untimely passing of group member Musawenkosi “Nish” Molefe.”
The Molefe family has sked to be given privacy during this time.

Nish is the second member of Skwaate Kamp to pass. Nkululeko “Flabba” Habedi died in 2015 after being stabbed and killed by girlfreinds Sindi Manqele.
