Although the coronavirus outbreak and lockdown regulations have completely shut down the nightlife. People’s ears are still not immune to hearing good music.
Nigerian rapper, producer and trendsetter Oluwa Kuwait, 30, is making people dance in their living rooms with his latest single On A Low featuring Ice Prince and D Main.
“People have suffered enough during this pandemic, and music is one way of keeping people motivated and dancing, at home,” he tells Buzz Life.
Oluwa believes this lockdown has been a good time for people to reflect on some of the things they need to work on to better their lives.
“For me, this time has meant that I spend more time in studio improving my craft. But I hope people are using this time well,” he adds.
Oluwa is currently in Cape Town, working on his upcoming EP featuring some Nigerian and South African acts.
“Maybe I will also include an international act, but who knows. But the project is a big surprise that will change the game,” he adds.
