Musician and TV presenter Molemo “Jub Jub” Maarohanye cannot seem to stay away from bad publicity. The Uyajola 9/9 presenter has recently been dismissed from Moja LOVE after an alleged dispute with management at Siyaya TV.
The former convict is reported to have had a dispute with his bosses due to failed payment. The star is reported to have served the company a legal document demanding he be paid. Siyaya tv refused to pay Jub Jub for January after he insulted his business partner publicly cursing her genitals and that of her mother.

Jub Jub and business partner Keabetswe Mokoena had a fall out after while they were organising The Moses Kotane festival in Rustenburg. Moja LOVE forced the presenter to apologise for the profanity but he refused. The CEO of the channel is reported to have said that “Jub Jub is not bigger than the brand” and he needs him to uphold the companies ethics. The channel is reported to be in the process of replacing Jub Jub with another presenter to replace him.
Last year, Jub Jub issued an apology to multi-award-winning singer and ex-girlfriend Kelly Khumalo after he had accused her of using muti. He said this during a podcast interview and alleged that it was Kelly who led to him breaking up with actor and ex-girlfriend Amanda du Pont.
Bongi Sikelo
