
Prayers pour in for Zulu King Zwelithini, 72, after being hospitalised for diabetes and is in intensive care unit (ICU) for treatment.
Former IFP leader, Mangosuthu Buthelezi confirmed in a statement that AmaZulu King, Zwelithini was admitted to ICU for treatment of ongoing diabetes problem.
King Zwelithini had several unstable blood glucose readings prior to being admitted. But he reassured the public that he is not seriously ill nor does he show symptoms of any other illness, despite being admitted to ICU.
