The Riky Rick Foundation, in proud partnership with Sandton City, is launching a transformative mental health awareness campaign titled “Words That Heal.”

This initiative is part of the Foundation’s ongoing commitment to celebrating and supporting mental health throughout the year.

“Words That Heal” is a powerful public relations campaign designed to promote emotional, psychological, and social well-being. At its core, the initiative encourages open expression, empathy, and connection—reminding individuals that sharing their struggles is not only acceptable but essential.

Through the use of voice notes, the campaign invites people from all walks of life to share messages of support and encouragement for those silently battling mental health challenges. These spoken words aim to uplift, inspire, and build a bridge of understanding and hope. Because sometimes, a voice can save a life.

“Mental health is a deeply personal and universal issue. With ‘Words That Heal,’ we want to create a space where people feel seen, heard, and supported,” said a spokesperson from the Riky Rick Foundation. “This campaign is about breaking the silence and reminding everyone that help is always within reach.”

The campaign will feature activations at Sandton City, digital storytelling, and community engagement efforts designed to reduce stigma and foster a culture of compassion.
