The marriage of music composer Lebo M and his estranged marriage has been talk of the town for some time. The father and businessman recently accused Pretty of allegedly using muti which he claims to have found at his home after they separated. Following the allegations, Pretty has since gone with SAPS to their marital home in Waterfall Midrand demanding to move back, which according to a source, he refused.
Lebo M has since shared a statement through his legal team saying he is going ahead with their divorce. “What could be seen as an act of vengeance, Pretty Samuels’ bizarre latest stunts have gone worse than her standards,” the statement reads. “Pretty Samuels’ latest low manifests, showed up when she ambushed The Morake residence with the police, having little to no regard for children. While Lebo M on the other hand was communicating with her family in a desperate attempt for the third time to try to create the atmosphere for a long overdue “Abakhongi” meeting.”
The statement goes on to say that, “For weeks earlier, both the first and the second attempts by Lebo M for the families to meet had been sabotaged by Pretty Samuels, no meeting ever took place. Lebo M spent the entire morning of the 23rd of August in conversations with Pretty Samuel’s family, attempting a third meeting for “Abakhongi” for this Sunday, the 27th of August 2023. During this time, Lebo M had been informing Pretty Samuels of the current status quo while Pretty was plotting to ambush the Morake Family Home with the police. She rocked up with police on Wednesday afternoon, the 23rd of August at Lebo M’s residential home in Johannesburg to issue him with Notice to show cause why a protection order should not be granted against him.”
Amongst those who witnessed the “traumatic scene were Lebo M’s eight-year-old daughter, who would
have experienced the same ordeal when her biological mother Zoe Mthiyane, was arrested in her presence in December 2019 for driving under the influence of alcohol with her minor child in the car. Lebo M went to high court rescuing his then 5-year-old daughter with Zoe Mthiyane winning a court order,” the legal team states. ” Lebo M’s daughter has been in his custody to date. Pretty Samuels was well aware of this painful fact yet, she maliciously orchestrated to pounce on the Morake Family at the time she knew the children would be back home from school on August the 23rd. Subsequent to all the above Pretty Samuels still requested Lebo M to issue money to her to return to Durban. This would be the final straw that broke the camel’s back. Lebo M now ready to execute the divorce summons.”
Lebo M has instructed his lawyers to deliver the divorce summons to the sheriff for personal service to Pretty by the 25th of August 2023 close of business. Pretty confirmed to Lebo’s lawyers that she will personally pick up the documents at the Midrand Sheriff office
