Everyone wants to have a radiant skin with a great complexion that glows.
People spend lots of money on purchasing products to help improve their skin. You have probably tried all the home mask remedies and you know what to do to glow. But do you know what it is you are doing incorrectly?
Here are some basic tips on what not to do to have a radiant face.
1: Do not touch your face. This is not only to avoid the spread of the coronavirus, but also to stop the spread of bacteria. Breakouts happen due to unclean hands.
2: Avoid taking hot showers. They are relaxing, but not ideal for your skin and they disrupt your skin’s natural moisture balance resulting in dry skin and inflammation.
3: Do not pop your pimples; it will not solve the problem. Squeezing can push bacteria deeper into the skin causing swelling, scabbing or permanent pits.
4: Do not over-exfoliate
Exfoliating at least once a week is a good idea. Avoid exfoliating daily as it dries out the skin and may cause discomfort. Avoid harsh scrubs
5: Do not use too many products. It is good to find products that work for you. Do not try every product on the shelf or use too many products as they may irritate your skin and confuse you. Rather find a multitasking product.
